How It Works

  1. Once you determine which package you would like, fill out our Request Form to get in touch! If the property manager you booked with directed you to us please enter your referral code and the name of the unit you are staying in. We have the rest of their info already as one of our preferred agencies!
  2. Be sure to read our Terms of Service (this is required to move forward) and check the box that you have done so on the request form. Also, make sure to check the box that you’ll accept emails and SMS messages from us so we may contact you!
  3. Upon receiving your order you will receive a Square Invoice to complete. A Payment Authorization Form so that your card can be held on file for up to one week after your departure date will be sent as well. This is required so that we may purchase your grocery items and pay for excursions, etc.

    (We will purchase these and then charge your card to us to cover the cost, or we will purchase it and then charge you the amount depending on the vendor. Receipts will be provided.)

  4. We will then send you a Welcome email. Depending on your selected package the email will also include a grocery list to complete, excursion list, and menus. For all packages, we require the purchaser’s driver’s license to be emailed back so that we can verify credit card ownership. If you will be requesting that we stock your alcohol your ID must show you are 21+ years of age. We will not take action on any items until the Square Invoice has been completed.
  5. Once we receive your payment, authorization form, ID, and list selections we will get to work on making your vacation the easiest and most relaxed it’s ever been!
